Putting quality first
All Rentplus homes are carefully designed to be contemporary and desirable, and built to be attractive to tenant occupiers who have future purchase in mind.
As a minimum we build to the latest government guidelines and strive for higher standards of sustainable design to minimise the carbon footprint and impact upon the environment. This ensures our energy efficient homes help to alleviate fuel poverty, providing added security and flexibility for tenants to save and buy.
- Feature show homes for viewings by prospective tenants
- Offer interior design packages of colour, kitchens, bathrooms and fittings for personal choice, with lighting consultants to shape the ambience of our homes after dark
- Complement and support master plans for garden cities and urban growth and enhance the built environment on rural and town developments
- Where present on mixed tenure developments, will be planned and integrated as part of the open market housing.
Our own Rentplus villages will provide high quality flexible tenure affordable housing at scale, in a sustainable environment, providing delivery of much needed affordable housing for local working families and households.
Meanwhile, the Rentplus Living range of homes are adaptable to provide, for example, conservatories or affordable loft conversions, so the house can grow in line with the family’s changing needs and aspirations over time. This will enable the household, having purchased their home, to increase the equity or value of their home cost effectively.
