Rentplus-UK Limited has been named a finalist for its third award in a year.
It has just learned that it’s shortlisted in the National Housing Awards, one of the most prestigious awards in housing in the country. It is nominated in the Most Innovative Home Ownership Solution category. The other awards were the UK Housing Awards, and Best Rural Development in the Devon Rural Housing Awards.
Rentplus is the leading provider of affordable rent to buy homes across England, providing real opportunities for people on low to middle incomes aspiring to move from renting to owning through an unique rent, save, own model. The first Rentplus homes were built in Plymouth and around Devon but has expanded across the south of England and into the East Midlands.
