All our schemes follow a five stage business delivery process aligned to delivering our ESG commitment, supported by a four stage funding approval governance process. Only then does the board give full approval.
First, the investment committee scrutinises the numbers; the preliminary board then checks the decision meets our investment criteria and that proper due diligence has been carried out; only then does the board meet to give its approval.
