Rentplus has the ambition to be in every county in the country. We believe that a lower income should not prevent you from owning your own home. That’s why we have removed the deposit barrier. Move in without paying a deposit, pay affordable rent for 5 – 20 years (80% of open market value, and no repairs to pay), build a good credit history and start to save. When you buy, we’ll gift you 10% of the sale price towards your deposit.

We have nearly 20,000 homes across the country under contract.
