It has just learned that it’s shortlisted in the National Housing Awards, one of the most prestigious awards in housing in the country. It is nominated in the Most Innovative Home Ownership Solution category. The other awards were the UK Housing Awards, and Best Rural Development in the Devon Rural Housing Awards.
